OCCUPIED PROPERTY:
While some properties are delivered to us vacant, others are occupied. If a property is occupied, we will not access the property and everyone understands the additional risk involved in not knowing the general condition of the interior. If we own the property for more than a few days, we will start the eviction process. If you are not familiar with the eviction process, we can refer an Eviction Attorney to you. The eviction process is relatively inexpensive and can usually be handled in a timely manner. WE DO NOT ADVISE DISTURBING THE CURRENT OCCUPANTS!
