We acquire properties through many different methods: Referrals, Pre-foreclosure, Trustee Sales, and through some Investor Realtors offering deep discounted property. Invest-N-Homes purchases every property with the mindset of our investor buying from us. We want you to be able to profit. We drive every property, noting the general condition. If it is possible to view the inside of the property, we disclose to our investors everything discovered including general condition and floor plans. Anything disclosed is an opinion of condition and further investigation and due diligence is the responsibility of the buyer.
